Head coach of Royal Aces Basketball club, Olusegun Ojo has agreed a new one year contract after an impressive season where he led the team to a top four finish in the Zenith Women’s Basketball Premier League.
The team’s growth last season was largely attributed to Coach Ojo’s leadership and knowledge, and the players, management, and fans alike are excited to see what the charismatic figure can do this season.
Due to their impressive style under Olusegun Ojo, Royal Aces have won the hearts of fans and professionals including Perth Lynx and Atalanta Dream Basketballer, Laeticia Amihere who recently congratulated the club on their top four finish in the 2024 NBBF Zenith Bank Women Basketball Premier League which took place in Lagos.
Alongside Coach Ojo, his coaching crew who were also instrumental in the team’s success the previous season will be back, giving the group stability and consistency.
