Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has given a clear indication of his willingness to join Al Nassr, as negotiations between the Saudi club and Bayer Leverkusen enter a critical phase.
As earlier reported, the Saudi delegation have been in Germany since Monday, working to secure the services of Boniface as their new striker following Talisca’s move to Fenerbache.
Boniface’s omission from Bayer Leverkusen’s training session ahead of their Champions League clash against Sparta Prague suggests that discussions are ongoing behind the scenes.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano also revealed that, although personal terms have not yet been agreed upon, Boniface is open to making the switch to Al Nassr.

The prospect of joining Al Nassr may be enticing for Boniface due to the opportunity to play alongside football legends such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane in a potential new-look front three that could pose a significant threat to even the best European teams.
Furthermore, the financial package offered by Al Nassr is likely to be a significant factor, with Boniface expected to earn a higher wage than his current deal at Leverkusen, although he is one of the highest paid in the German side.
As a potential move draws closer, fans have been divided on whether Boniface should secure a transfer to Al Nassr or remain at Bayer Leverkusen. The debate highlights the complexity of the decision, with arguments for and against the move being passionately presented by supporters.
