Onyeka Okongwu continued his impressive form recording a double-double for the third consecutive game to propel the Atlanta Hawks to a 119-115 win over the Boston Celtics in overtime at the TD Gardens.

Okongwu recorded 19 points, 13 rebounds, four blocks, and two assists in the win. He also grabbed the decisive offensive rebound and scored the free throws that helped them secure a third consecutive win for the franchise, which has moved them to 6th on the Eastern Conference log.

He also became the first Hawks player to record a double-double off the bench in three consecutive games since Moses Malone in 1991. He was named the Most Valuable Player in the win and is also pushing for a starting berth ahead of the more experienced Clint Capela.

Okongwu will be looking to continue his impressive performance when the Hawks take on the in-form New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Monday night.
