Kparobo Ariehi completes move to Lillestrøm from Beyond Limits

Highly-rated Nigerian striker Kparobo Ariehi has finalized a permanent transfer to Norwegian club Lillestrøm SK from Remo Stars academy, Beyond Limits.

Reports indicate that the deal had been in the works for some time, pending Ariehi’s 18th birthday. Now that the formalities are complete, the young striker has inked a four-year contract with Lillestrøm SK.

Despite his tender age, Kparobo Ariehi has already made a significant impact in Nigerian football circles, impressing fans with his exceptional ball-striking abilities and outstanding performances in various domestic and international competitions.

Ariehi’s impressive credentials include winning the top scorer award in the TCC League at just 17, with an impressive tally of 22 goals in 15 matches. He also played a pivotal role in Beyond Limits’ historic victory in the prestigious Viareggio Tournament in Italy, scoring five goals. He followed this remarkable feat up with four goals in the Gothia Cup hosted in Sweden.

Kparobo Ariehi also showcased his skills on the international stage, netting twice for the Flying Eagles in Lome, Togo, to help Nigeria retain the WAFU B U20 championship against arch-rivals Ghana.

The move to Lillestrøm SK is expected to be a strategic stepping stone for the young striker, who is widely touted as Nigeria’s next big football sensation.

In addition to Ariehi’s signing, Lillestrøm SK also announced the acquisition of two other Nigerian talents: Tochukwu Ogboji and 16-year-old winger Seun Akanji, who joins from Sporting Lagos.
