Precious Achiuwa impressed in the New York Knicks’ pulsating 117-114 win over an incredible Victor Wembanyama-led San Antonio Spurs on Christmas Day at the Maddison Square Garden grabbing 10 rebounds off the bench.

The Knicks overcame a challenging first half with a strong second-half performance, highlighted by Mikal Bridges’ sensational 41-point display—his best in a Knicks jersey.

Achiuwa played a key role off the bench, grabbing 10 rebounds, five points, and one assist, also providing crucial defensive support, particularly in the fourth quarter as key players like Josh Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns faced foul trouble.

Towns finished with 21 points, while Hart recorded a double-double (12 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists). Jalen Brunson also contributed 20 points to the win.

Wembanyama showcased his immense talent with a game-high 42 points and 18 rebounds in his NBA Christmas Day debut. Jeremy Sochan added 21 points for the Spurs, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Knicks’ late surge.
