Super Falcons forward Francisca Ordega has joined Saudi Women’s Premier League side Ittihad Women FC on a two-and-a-half-year deal after leaving Russian side CSKA Moscow.

The club announced the signing of the Nigeria international on Thursday as they look to strengthen their offense with her experience. “Al-Ittihad Club announces the signing of Nigerian international player Francisca Ordega for two and a half years to strengthen the ranks of the Al-Ameed women’s team,” the club said in a statement.

“The club’s CEO, Mr. Domingos Oliveira, confirmed that contracting with the player comes within the club’s strategy to support the ranks of the Dean’s ladies with distinguished players to contribute to serving the team better in sports competitions, wishing the player and her colleagues success and to make the Ittihad fans happy by achieving victories.”
