Ahmed Musa will face a test of Lagos when Kano Pillars take on Ikorodu City at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Wednesday in a Matchday 21 fixture of the Nigeria Premier Football League.

Pillars head into the match on the back of a well-earned 2-0 victory over Enyimba at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano, while Ikorodu City will be eager to bounce back from a 4-3 defeat to Sunshine Stars at the Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-Ode.

Ikorodu City will also be aiming for revenge after suffering a heavy 4-0 loss to Sai Masu Gida in their first encounter of the season, a match in which Ahmed Musa was absent.

Meanwhile, in other matches scheduled for Wednesday, January 29th, league leaders Remo Stars will look to extend their advantage at the top when they host Abia Warriors. Daniel Igomodede’s side secured a 2-1 away win against struggling Akwa United over the weekend.

Other games include Enyimba vs Heartland, Niger Tornadoes against Kwara United, Shooting Stars vs Nasarawa United, Bayelsa United taking on Sunshine Stars, El Kanemi Warriors entertaining defending champions Enugu Ranger while Rivers United will be at home to Bendel Insurance.

Akwa United take on Lobi Stars, and Katsina United entertain Plateau United.
