Premier league side Fulham, are interested in signing Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan before the transfer window closes as they have initiated talks with the Italian side to secure the services of the Nigerian winger.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, negotiations are underway among all parties involved, with time running out to finalize the deal.
AC Milan may consider selling or loaning out Samuel Chukwueze to secure him more playing time, particularly since the arrival of Joao Felix on loan from Chelsea has potentially reduced Chukwueze’s playing opportunities.
Samuel Chukwueze recently returned from injury but has struggled to establish himself in AC Milan’s starting lineup this season. He has started only nine Serie A games, in addition to two Champions League and Coppa Italia starts.
A move to Fulham could be attractive to Chukwueze, offering him the prospect of regular playing time and the opportunity to play alongside fellow Nigerian players Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey.
With the transfer window set to close in a matter of hours, it remains to be seen whether Fulham can complete the signing of Chukwueze in time.
