Chima Moneke came off the bench strong for Baskonia, scoring 20 points in their 104-88 victory over Granada in the Liga ACB on Saturday.
While Puerto Rican teammate Markus Howard led the team with a game-high 37 points, Moneke’s contribution was vital. He also grabbed 4 rebounds and dished out 1 assist in his limited time on the court.

This win puts Baskonia in 9th place in the standings with a record of 14 wins and 11 losses after 25 games.
The former NBA player with the Sacramento Kings has been a key player for Baskonia all season, both in the Liga ACB and the EuroLeague.
He’s currently ranked 6th in the league in scoring average, putting up 14.6 points per game in his 23 appearances.
