Super Eagles and Galatasaray striker, Victor Osimhen has been confirmed as the highest rated player in the Turkish Super Lig for the 2024-25 season so far according to reputable football source, WhoScored.com.
According to WhoScored, who revealed the official rating on their X page, Victor Osimhen has racked up an average rating of 7.68, better than any other player in the league.
The Nigerian striker who is on loan from Italian side, Napoli has proven himself more than valuable to Galatasaray as they seek to defend their title. His importance prompted the management to ensure the striker stays until the end of the season, recently insisting their confidence in retaining the 26-year-old during the winter transfer window.
Despite some minor injuries that have disrupted his season, Osimhen has still recorded 10 goals and three assists in 12 Super Lig appearances. He has also been excellent in the Europa League, recording three goals and one assist in four games.
