While he was at Arsenal, he scored a record-breaking 32 goals in 20 appearances for the U-18 side, breaking Folarin Balogun’s record for the most goals scored by an Arsenal player in a single campaign.

The win means Manchester United has now won all their games so far, placing them firmly at top spot, with 30 points in 10 games, 5 points above rivals, Manchester City.

Chido Obi was born in Glostrup to Nigerian Igbo parents, as such, he is eligible to represent Denmark, England, and Nigeria at international level. He has made appearances for Denmark’s U-16 side, England’s U-16 side, and Denmark’s U-17 team. However, it is yet to be decided which national team he will play for at senior level.

Manchester United fans will hope that Chido Obi continues his form as they seek to put an end to their attacking woes which has affected them in recent years. It is expected that sooner or later, he will make his first team debut for the Red Devils.
