UD Las Palmas is reportedly eyeing Real Sociedad forward Umar Sadiq, according to a report from La Razón.
The Nigerian striker has struggled to secure significant playing time at the start of the current season, which has sparked interest from other clubs, including Las Palmas.
Sadiq, who joined Real Sociedad in 2022 from Almeria, has faced challenges breaking into the starting lineup, and with limited minutes on the pitch, speculation about a potential move has grown.
Las Palmas, currently competing in La Liga, may see the talented forward as a valuable addition to bolster their attacking options.
The 27-year-old has played only 230 minutes of action in five LaLiga and one Europa League games for Sociedad this season, failing to find the back of the net in any of them.
The last time he scored a goal for Sociedad in the March last year in their 3-2 away win over Granada in the league.
He will find Las Palmas challenging as he will hope his goals can help the club who sit last on the league table escape relegation.
