Super Eagles invitee, Kingsley Ehizibue, has earned accolades from Udinese manager, Andrea Sottil, after his impressive performance in their 3-0 win over Cremonese at the Stadio Friuli on Sunday.
The right-back who played in a 3-5-2 formation was a constant threat in the game running the lines tirelessly and also giving the attackers of the visiting side a hard time as they failed to go past him in the game.
The 27-year-old has been a regular player for the Friulani this season scoring twice in 25 league appearances. His performance against Cremonese did not go unnoticed with Sottil revealing that the Dutch-born Nigerian has been one of the club’s most improved players.

“Ehizibue? He’s grown up a lot, he’s a guy who works a lot, attacks space well and moves well, it was only necessary to attack the spaces more, moving better without the ball. Many guys have grown up, like (Sandi) Lovric, Festy (Ebosele), (Jaka) Bijol, (Nehuen) Perez and (Lazar) Samardzic. All great satisfactions for me and the staff.”
Ehizibue was on for 84 minutes before making way for Festy Ebosele.
