The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Executive Committee has approved Coach Justin Madugu to take charge of the Super Falcons, on an interim basis.

This decision comes following the departure of the previous head coach, Randy Waldrum.

Madugu, who was already part of the team’s technical crew, will lead the remaining staff in preparing the Super Falcons for their upcoming engagements.

The most significant of these is the Women Africa Cup of Nations finals, scheduled to take place in Morocco in the summer of next year.

The NFF’s decision is based on a recommendation from their Technical and Development Sub-Committee.

Madugu will serve as the interim head coach pending the appointment of a substantive Head Coach for the Super Falcons.
