Nigerian attacker, Chukwubuikem Ikwuemesi scored the 5th goal as OH Leuven dumped Zulte Wagrem out of the Croky Cup with a dominant 5-0 win on Wednesday.

Ikwuemesi led the attack for the Belgian side, flanked by William Balikwisha and Konan N’Dri who played on the left and right wing respectively. However, it was center-back, Hasan Kurucay who scored the opening goal in the 15th minute to give Leuven the lead.

The rout continued in the 35th minute as Youssef Maziz added the second. Ezechiel Banzuzi then extended the lead in the 39th minute to kill the hopes of the away side.

Despite victory all but certain, Leuven continued to apply pressure on Zulte in the second half, disallowing the away team from stringing passes together. The unrelenting nature of the home team led to another goal courtesy of Konan N’Dri to increase the score line to 4-0. Chukwubuikem Ikwuemesi then completed the rout with an easy finish for 5-0.
