Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Dennis would be looking to make his first competitive appearance for new club Blackburn Rovers when they take on struggling Premier League side Wolves in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Sunday.
Dennis joined Rovers on transfer deadline day from Premier League high-flyers Nottingham Forest where he had been deemed surplus to requirement by manager Nuno Espírito Santo.
The Nigeria international featured for Blackburn’s U-21s on Wednesday in the Premier League International Cup where they were knocked out after Atletic Bilbao scored a stoppage-time winner to book their place in the knockout stage.

Dennis has not played a single competitive game this season and his appearance for the U-21s was to gauge his fitness level ahead of competitive games for Rovers in the FA Cup and championships.
The 27-year-old has championship experience having represented Watford last season where he scored four goals in 17 appearances. Dennis also hopes to get his career back on track with the experience.
